16/11 approving, on an interim ex parte basis, revised water and sewer rates
for the Town of Lac du Bonnet’s (Town) utility. Interim rates effective as
of the next quarterly billing February 28, 2011. (See documents below or

It is my pleasure on behalf of the Council of the Town of Lac du Bonnet to welcome you to our website. As you can see Lac du Bonnet is a vibrant community located on the shoreline of the Winnipeg River just 1
hour (100kms) northeast of Manitoba’s capital city, Winnipeg. Although Lac du Bonnet is a wonderful place to call home it is also

Homeowners, farmers and businesses can now apply for assistance to help cover the costs of flood proofing their property including work done since March 2009.
The Community Lac du Bonnet has long been touted as a true 4 seasons playground and
Sportsman's paradise. The area offers over 65km's of waterways, Boreal Forests
and granite hills that make it a true natures marvel.
In the Summer activities include Fishing, Boating, Swimming at the Town
Beach, Nature Trails and Bird Watching, Golf the new world class Golf course at
Granite Hills, spend the day exploring the ruins of the Old Pinawa Dam Site
Provincial park after visiting the Farmers Market held every Saturday from May
thru September. Spring and Summer Festivals include the Lions Club Canada
Weekend with Manitoba's best fireworks display, the Fire and Water Music
Festival held the August long weekend and many Fishing Tournaments and derbies.
In the Winter snowmobiling, cross country skiing, Ice skating, hockey,
curling or take in the great $10,000 Ice Fishing Derby held every March.
Other Year-round activities include events hosted by at the local Legion,
Pioneer Club, Recreation District, Community Centre, Wildlife Association, Youth
Centre, Mrs. Lucci's Resource Centre and more.
